Zenith Investment Group, LLC (“Zenith”) is an alternative investment and asset management firm headquartered in Aspen, Colorado. We make investments in real estate, equities and private companies. Zenith was formed to provide investors with opportunities to make investments based on sound investment principles with the goal of long-term wealth accumulation. We’re contrarian, value-oriented investors looking for opportunities that are overlooked, distressed or undervalued.  We focus on the two types of assets that we believe offer the best opportunity to create long-term value and wealth: real estate and equities. We apply a systematic approach to allocating capital seeking to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for various types of investors including institutions, family offices, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals. Our overall investment philosophy is to purchase high quality investment assets at a discount to their intrinsic value.
